Pathway to Home Ownership brings together local experts and community leaders to guide you through every step of the process—from understanding your financial options to connecting with the right professionals to support your journey.
Join us for an evening of connection, education, and empowerment:
6:00 – 6:30 p.m. | Meet & Greet
Enjoy light refreshments while you mingle with local lenders, a realtor, a home insurance expert, and fellow future homeowners.
6:30 – 7:00 p.m. | Strategy Session Part 1
Discover the essential steps to begin your homebuying journey and meet the professionals who can help turn your goals into reality. We’ll cover programs and grants available through local lenders and the City of Cleveland Heights—designed to support both first-time buyers and current homeowners. Learn how homeownership can be a powerful step toward building long-term stability and generational wealth for you and your family.
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. | Strategy Session Part 2
Break into one-on-one conversations with the experts. This is your opportunity to ask questions, start the pre-approval process, and build your personal homebuying team.
You’ll leave with:
✔️ A better understanding of the homebuying process
✔️ New local programs and resources
✔️ Trusted contacts to guide your journey
This event is free and open to the public. Whether you’re just starting to think about buying or ready to make a move, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
