Heights Youth Theatre Presents Curtains

Curtains: The Musical (School Edition) is a delightful and comedic murder mystery by the dynamic musical team of Kander and Ebb (Chicago, Cabaret, and more) set against the backdrop of a Broadway musical. The story takes place in 1959 on the opening night of a new show, Robbin' Hood, a musical in need of help. The cast and crew are eager to present their production, but disaster strikes as murders mysteriously begin taking center stage.
Enter Lieutenant Frank Cioffi, a musical-theater-loving detective who is called in to investigate the crime. As the investigation unfolds, secrets, rivalries, and romances within the cast and crew are revealed. Cioffi attempts to piece together clues and offer his "help" in improving the musical, all while developing an unexpected bond with an aspiring star.
Filled with toe-tapping songs, witty dialogue, and plenty of twists and turns, Curtains is a hilarious, lighthearted show about theater, murder, and the love of performing.
