Hoarding and Other Family Secrets: A Reading and Discussion

A conversation between Deb Derrickson Kossmann, author of the memoir Lost Found Kept, and Kathy Ewing, author of Missing: Coming to Terms with a Borderline Mother. The writers will share their experiences growing up with mentally ill mothers and dealing with them as adults.

Tapestry of Virtuosity and Folklore

BlueWater Chamber Orchestra welcomes Cleveland Orchestra clarinetists Afendi Yusuf and Amy Zoloto for Felix Mendelssohn’s seldom-performed Konzertstück, Op. 113 and 114 on March 1, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at the Church of the Covenant, 11205 Euclid Avenue, in University Circle. This third concert of BlueWater’s 15th Anniversary Season also includes Paul Hindemith’s technically demanding Five Pieces for String Orchestra and Alberto Ginastera’s principal player showcase, Variaciones Concertantes. BlueWater Artistic Director Daniel Meyer will conduct.
