Bike With The Mayor
1:30 PM - 4:00 PM
Join Mayor Michael Dylan Brennan and Council Member Brian King for a bike ride through University Heights on Sunday, June 9, 2024.
Gather at Walter Stinson Community Park at 1:30 p.m. for registration, an overview of the ride, and a bike safety check. The ride will step off promptly at 2 p.m. and return to the park at approximately 4:00 p.m. The route is easy enough for all ages to participate.
On the ride, we will visit several homes in University Heights where the owners have installed solar power systems and hear from them about the process and benefits. We will also visit the Gearity Professional Development School learning garden and hear from the garden manager.
