Living on the Moon: A Story of Hope
3:00 PM - 4:30 PM
Living on the Moon merges theatre and education to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s disease and the treatments and resources available.

Through storytelling and puppetry, actress Molly McFadden dramatizes her journey caring for her mother with Alzheimer’s and her current experience facing a diagnosis that could progress to Alzheimer’s.

Molly’s performance is followed by presentations from Lisa Weitzman, Benjamin Rose, on how to access resources and support available in the community and Dr. Sandra Darling on strategies for optimizing brain health and slowing cognitive decline and the treatments available at the Cleveland Clinic.

The performers are passionate about sharing their message of hope. As Molly states, “Why give in when you can fight back?”
