South Taylor Place Townhomes Open House
3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
The community is invited to an open house to view new construction in "The City of Beautiful Homes." Come see the first of 30 new residences planned for the area. All homes are designed with 3 bedrooms, 2.5/3.5 baths, attached 2-car garages, and optional rooftop decks. The homes are eligible for 15-year tax abatement - which means you only pay taxes on the land value-- and the homes are EnergyStar-rated, which could mean up to 33% lower utility bills!

Free Community Meal

Please join us at Disciples Christian Church on Thursday Nov. 21st for a free meal which includes chicken and gravy with biscuits, tossed salad,green beans, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie and fresh fruit.
Please note the date change. This meal will be offered on the THIRD Thursday of the month due to a conflict with Thanksgiving day.

1st Anniversary of Showcase Chaos! Open Mic at Wizbang Theatre
7:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Come out to the Wizbang Theatre for the 1 year anniversary of Showcase Chaos! hosted by Beezy Douglas. Sign-up by 8pm to share something with an attentive and supportive audience in a unique and intimate theater setting. Beezy provides a full back-line and an array of house instruments (bass, electric, and acoustic guitars).
This room always gives every performer its full attention, and that attention has been well paid over the past year. Showcase Chaos audiences have enjoyed outstanding local musicians, comedians, storytellers, puppeteers, strongmen, poets, magicians, playwrights, and more! In addition to the captivating performances, attendees appreciate the community and camaraderie this event regularly conjures.
Wizbang is one of the precious few venues that is owned and operated by a family of incredible Neo-Vaudevillians who have settled in Cleveland Heights to create this magical space.
Suggested donation: $10
