Ekphrastacy: Artists Talk and Poets Respond

Join Heights Poet Laureate Siaara Freeman, along with guest poets Willow Watson, Corey Miller, and former Cleveland Heights Poet Laureate Gale Bellamy, for an evening of poetry inspired by the current exhibitions at Heights Art’s gallery. Enjoy original works reflecting the themes of Constructed Nature and Things We Can’t Leave Behind, which features Gina Washington in the Spotlight Gallery. The poets will offer their unique interpretations and responses to these themes through live performances. Additionally, the exhibiting artists—Bonnie App, Marlisa Dunn, Arron Foster, Ernest Hatten, Hallee Palermo, Lori Pastor, and Gina Washington— will also share insights into their work.
