Introduction to Zen Meditation

Somehow the fall invites us to rethink our priorities, especially those around self-care. The Cleveland Zazen Group, a Cleveland Heights meditation group for over 50 years, is offering an Introduction to Zen Meditation on Saturday, September 7 at 1:00 p.m. There is no charge, but donations of any size are welcome. The introduction includes background information as well as specific "how to" directions and an opportunity for a short meditation session. There is no specific set of beliefs or need to be a Buddhist in order to practice this centuries old practical approach to focusing our mind and calming our bodies. Advance registration is required.
