Steve Presser in an outfit "from Afghanistan," created by artist Debbie Apple-Presser, his wife.
Gotcha! Presser had this plaque custom-made by a local monument maker.
"It's been a vessel," said Presser of his store. "A place where people can make themselves feel better."
Presser's passion for collectibles has combined with his wit and inclusivity as the recipe for Big Fun's brokerage of pure and lasting joy.
While the store will close in a few months, Presser has made clear that this is not a retirement for him. There will be other work and community projects for years to come.
