Serious crime in Cleveland Heights down by 22.4 percent

    Theft from parked cars declined 13 percent in 2014. In the the first year of tracking details about these incidents, the CHPD discovered 72 percent of all thefts from autos occurred after the victim had left the vehicle unlocked.
