More than 600 students in the Cleveland Heights-University Heights schools will perform in the Heights High production of "Hello, Dolly!" on Oct. 28 and 29 (preview nights), Oct. 30 and Nov. 1–3. Tickets may be purchased from any cast member. Call 216-320-3105 for ticket and show information.

“This is a fun show!” said Craig McGaughey, vocal music director and the show's producer. “It is a comedy with great songs and dance numbers and a little bit of a history lesson thrown in. The show transports us back to the 1890s in New York City and Yonkers.”

The production comprises three separate casts, with 33 high school lead actors, and a total of 180 high school students performing in the chorus and as dancers; 46 students will play in the pit orchestra and 20 students comprise the stage crew. More than 200 elementary school students will perform in the floor chorus and in the aisles, and 150 middle school students will perform in a chorus on stage. Many adults, both staff and volunteers, provide the necessary support for this show.
