Court orders Noble Roman Gas Station to stop the sale of items out of the service bay area

In a statement released today, the City of Cleveland Heights announced that the Court has ordered the owner of the Noble Roman gas station (corner of Monticello Boulevard and Noble Road) to comply with a series of orders that will stop the sale of retail items out of the service bay area.

“This gas station has created nuisances for the neighborhood due to its sales from its service bays,” said Mayor Edward J. Kelley. “The city appreciates the ruling of Judge Villanueva, which will make such a difference for the businesses and surrounding streets.”

The order states in part that the owner must install signs advising that the sale of goods is prohibited in certain areas, that a closed circuit camera in the prohibited service areas be installed with a live feed to City Hall and that all employees must be trained regarding the order.
