CH City Council meeting agenda for Sept. 16
The Cleveland Heights City Council has posted the agenda for its Sept. 16 meeting. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Cleveland Heights City Hall.
The report from the Public Safety and Health Committee includes an ordinance ammending the section of the Housing Code for the City of Cleveland Heights that relates to the maintenance of roofs, gutters, downspouts and chimneys. The report also includes a resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement, through the Ohio Dept. of Transportation Cooperative Purchasing Program, to acquire a tow truck for the police department.
The Finance Committee will present a resolution "accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission; authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Fiscal Officer."
Following adjournment, council members and staff will stay to discuss questions informally with residents.
