City of University Heights special council meeting agenda for July 17
The University Heights City Council has posted the agenda for its July 17 special council meeting. The meeting will begin at 7 p.m. at University Heights City Hall.
The agenda includes a motion to authorize the mayor to approve [a] change order for Fuchs Mizrachi building demolition in the amount of $26,906.25, as well as a planning commission recommendation on the City's application to consolidate [a] pla[n] for the former Fuchs Mizrachi property.
Another planning commission recommendation concerns Dunkin' Donuts application for four variances for the construction of a new building at 13880–13882 Cedar Road.
Also on the agenda are three ordinances establishing compensation for the Safety Director; the Mayor; and City Council members; and declaring an emergency.
