CH City Council meeting agenda for July 1

The Cleveland Heights City Council has posted the agenda for its July 1 meeting. The meeting will begin at 7:30 p.m. at Cleveland Heights City Hall.

The director of finance report includes a notification that an application notice has been received from the Ohio Department of Liquor Control, for transfer of a permit to GiGi's on Fairmount, LLC, located at 3477 Fairmount Blvd.

The finance committee report includes a resolution to approve adoption of the 2014 tax budget, as well as a resolution authorizing the city manager to enter into an agreement with Heights Library, for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds to provide funding assistance with its Heights Knowledge and Innovation Center/Small Business Development Center collaboration.

The planning and development committee will present a resolution declaring July 1–7 Independents Week in the City of Cleveland Heights.

After adjournment, council members and staff will stay to discuss questions informally with residents.
