AutoZone, a leading retailer and distributor of automotive replacement parts and accessories, celebrated the grand opening of its new Cleveland Heights store, at 3900 Mayfield Road (entrance on Wilmar Road), on Nov. 18.

Cleveland Heights Mayor Edward J. Kelley, Vice Mayor Dennis Wilcox and Council Member Jason Stein assisted Curtis Stanley, store manager, and Deandre Walton, an employee, in cutting the ribbon to open the store.

AutoZone worked with the city to identify a compatible property that would meet its needs, and on a design that would complement neighborhood aesthetics. The new 7,000 -quare-foot building was constructed on the site of a former insurance office and auto repair shop. The landscaped property uses green stormwater management practices for watering.

Stanley said he looks forward to meeting new customers and promises to provide outstanding customer service. AutoZone is open from 7:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Saturday, and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sundays. For more information, call 216-382-7168.
