Cleveland Heights declares free parking weekend a success
Cleveland Heights kicked off its Summer in the City free parking event last weekend, June 29–July1.
“I think it went very well; we had great feedback from people who were happy about it,” Susanna Neirmann O’Neil, acting city manager for the City of Cleveland Heights, said. “It was a nice time. Merchants were pretty happy about it, too.”
Residents and visitors can enjoy free parking during two additional weekends this summer. Parking will be free at parking meters on city streets, in city parking lots and in city parking garages on the following weekends:
- Friday, July 27; Saturday, July 28; and Sunday, July 29
- Friday, August 24; Saturday, August 25; and Sunday, August 26
