Concerned Citizens for University Heights to hold Meet the Candidates Night, Oct. 24
Concerned Citizens for University Heights is sponsoring a “Meet the Candidates Night” on Monday, Oct. 24. The event will take place from 6-8:30 p.m. in meeting room A of the University Heights Library, 13866 Cedar Road, at the corner of Cedar and Fenwick roads.
All residents of University Heights are encouraged to attend to have their questions answered and hear the candidates in person. Candidates for the Cleveland Heights-University Heights Board of Education and those running for University Heights City Council have been invited to attend, present and answer citizen questions.
Discussion will also be held regarding Issues 1, 2, and 3, as well as the school levy.
Concerned Citizens for University Heights is a group of residents that meet throughout the year to stay informed on city issues. The group does not endorse any candidate or issue, but rather seeks to present balanced information so that informed choices can be made.
