Employment series taps Tri-C services

In March and April the Heights Library will be the place to be if you are a job seeker. A seven-program series designed to help job seekers acquire the skills needed on their journey to employment or a new career will take place at the Lee Road Library. This will be facilitated and led by Cuyahoga Community College’s Career Development and Transition Services.

In addition, the library offers free electronic resources to find job postings, free computer time to prepare a resume and the ability to learn new skills in library-sponsored computer classes.

The Heights Library staff is prepared to help pinpoint prospective employers and provide contact information in town and throughout the world. The staff will also locate college and vocational information as well as labor statistics and expected salary projections. Consider the library a one-stop shop for career information.
