The city of Cleveland Heights locked in a gas price this summer when it was high, and now prices have gone down. The deadline to switch is November 12. Go to http://www.puco.ohio.gov/PUCO/ApplesToApples/index.cfm to see a comparison of current rates and call 1-888-566-1117 to opt out of the city's plan.

Once again showing to err is human; to really screw something up takes a government program.
