Active Yoga ~'~ Loving Hands Yoga
6:15 PM - 7:15 PM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.

Class Fees
$15 per class / New clients: Your first class is free!
Students pay at the beginning of the session for all but 3 classes in the session, and pay as they go for the remaining classes in the session. This allows for up to 3 missed classes in the session. I am not able to offer make-up classes.

Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

HCC's Voices of the Heights ~ Part II
7:00 PM - 8:30 PM
Join HCC on Wednesday, March 20th for our next Voices of the Heights: Live in Front of a Studio Audience event.

HCC will sit down with Susan Kaeser to explore the amazing stories of Civil Rights leaders in Cleveland Heights between the years of 1963 - 1976. This transformational period saw dramatic civic engagement that defined a generation and shaped the future of American culture. The same is true for life here in Cleveland Heights - through hard work and dedication, grassroots leaders transformed our community and helped usher in a time of peaceful integration and justice for all. What can we learn from the stories of this time that will help us engage in the same way TODAY!

Join us for the interview and the conversation that will follow.

"Voices of the Heights" is a video project spearheaded by Heights Community Congress to document the voices for social justice that have and continue to shape our community together.
