Chip Richter in Concert at St. Paul’s, Cleveland Heights
7:00 PM
St. Paul’s will host singer-songwriter Chip Richter in concert Friday, January 26, at 7 p.m. in Tucker Hall.

Known locally for his twenty years as artist-in-residence at Lakeside Chautauqua on Lake Erie, Richter has been compared to James Taylor and Phil Keaggy. His songs range from rollicking and fun to thoughtful, inspiring and very spiritual, capturing snapshots of “family life” that people of all ages will recognize.

Richter has performed in churches, schools and theaters all over the country. He uses acoustic instruments, songs, humor, and audience participation to express his message of love to all who listen.

This concert is open to all ages. Tickets are $5 per person or $20 per family, available at the door or online at www.stpauls-church.org. Call (216) 932-5815 for more information.

Grounded
8:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Dobama Theatre presents the Cleveland produced premiere of GROUNDED by George Brant, directed by Alice Reagan.

An ace fighter pilot’s career in the sky is ended early due to an unexpected pregnancy. Reassigned to operate military drones from a windowless trailer outside Las Vegas, she hunts terrorists by day and returns home to her family each night. As the pressure to track a high-profile target mounts, the boundaries begin to blur between the desert in which she lives and the one she patrols half a world away. GROUNDED is an epic poem that crafts an experience that is timely, human, and vital.
Winner of the Smith Prize for Political Theatre. GROUNDED features Anjanette Hall as the Pilot.

The show runs for 90 minutes with no intermission. Contains adult language and light effects.
