Learn to Meditate in Half a Day: Peace of Mind in Difficult Times
10:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Sometimes life can become overwhelming with difficult and turbulent events. At such times, peace can feel far away. However, just as the center of a hurricane is perfectly still, through meditation we can learn to build a place of peace within. From this inner space, we can make good decisions that foster harmony and happiness for ourselves and others.

Join us in this practical day course to learn simple and effective meditations for becoming more peaceful and at ease in everyday life. By creating peace within, we can share this with our community, our city and our world.

This half-day workshop taught by Lindsay Ring, includes guided meditations, practical advice on how to begin, develop & maintain a meditation practice and time to discuss the ideas presented. Cost: $20

Vision Underground (lower level of historic St. John's Episcopal)
