Step Out of Time: It's All In Your...Feet!
7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Reflexology uses distinct pressure points on the foot in order to promote healing, create balance and relieve stress, in other parts of the body. Bethany Chos, a certified holistic health practitioner will teach us more about this ancient practice. A demonstration is included.
