Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.

New Clients: $148.50 for Winter and Fall, $162 for Spring and Summer
Returning Clients: $165 for Winter and Fall, $180 for Spring and Summer
All Clients: $288 for 2 classes per week (20% discount)
Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Reiki Level 2 Class ~'~ Loving Hands Reiki
10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Deepen your understanding of the Reiki energy, and your relationship with it. You will become “attuned” to the next level of Universal healing energy and learn sacred reiki treatmentsymbols that help strengthen your intentions for treating yourself, other people and your pets. You will also learn how to give Reiki treatments from a distance – physical distance as well as time distance (healing the past and supporting the future).

We will also discuss intuitive and shamanic healing methods, and how to incorporate pendulums, crystals and aromatherapy into your treatments. This class is taught in the traditional Usui method. Please bring a brown bag lunch.

Cost: $150 per person ($20 deposit due one week prior to class to reserve your space)
Prerequisite: Level 1 Reiki training at least 3 months prior

Level 2 Refresher Course
If you have been trained and attuned by another Reiki Master in the past and would like to take a refresher course, you are welcome to sit in on a class and receive the handout materials. If you wish to be re-attuned, the cost would be the same as the regular class.

Cost: $100 per person (no re-attunement)

First Northeast Ohio Youth Chamber Music Competition

Mark your calendar for a FREE chamber music contest and concert.

Ensembles from Cuyahoga County high schools will compete for cash prizes in a “battle of the bands” on Saturday afternoon. Meet the artists and other music lovers at a reception following the competition.

All musicians, music educators, and friends of chamber music are welcome.

This competition is being sponsored by the Cleveland Chamber Music Society.

HRRC Community Home Remodeling Fair
9:30 PM - 1:30 PM
This free event features "Ask an Expert" advice tables, where professionals from many repair specialties will answer questions and give advice.

The Fair will also include workshops on “Electrical Systems in Older Homes: Risks, Myths, and When to Update” with home inspector Jim Nemastil of Nemastil, Inc. and electrician Eliot Watts of BBC Electric; “Residential Storm Water Management: Landscaping Your Way to a Drier Basement” with Jeff Jowett of the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District; and “Bringing Your Home into the 21st Century: Pros & Cons of Smart Home Technology” with Ben Faller of Home Repair Resource Center and retired security expert Dennis Meltzer

Residents of all communities are welcome.
