Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees
*** New clients: Get 10% off (that’s even better than one free class!)
*** Existing clients: Refer a friend and receive one free class!
New Clients: $148.50 for Winter and Fall, $162 for Spring and Summer
Returning Clients: $165 for Winter and Fall, $180 for Spring and Summer
All Clients: $288 for 2 classes per week (20% discount)
Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Free Raffle Ticket with each present you bring for our foster animals! Our fosters love Purina brand food (dry and wet), toys, pet beds, litter, food/water bowls, carriers, etc. You are more than welcome to wrap, but not necessary.
The WJ Lodge is partially enclosed with a fireplace, so come rain (or snow) or shine!
Tickets are limited, only 100 will be sold!
$20 Pre-Sale, includes all you can eat and drink
If still available, tickets will be $25 at the door
*All proceeds will go to Voices in the Dark Animal Rescue
