Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees

New Clients: $148.50 for Winter and Fall, $162 for Spring and Summer
Returning Clients: $165 for Winter and Fall, $180 for Spring and Summer

Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Cain Park Arts Festival

Meet 150 artists who will show you their jewelry, paintings, prints, drawing, fiber, sculptures, clay and glass works at one of America's top rated arts festivals. Gourmet food and entertainment!
$5 per person 13 & older. (12 & under free admission.)
Please note: because of limited space and crowded pathways, no courtesy vehicles will be in operation during the Arts Festival. No pets, bicycles, rollerblades or skateboards will be admitted.

Reiki Level 1 Class ~'~ Loving Hands Reiki
10:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Learn how to give a Reiki treatment to yourself, other people and your pets. You will become “attuned” to the Universal healing energy and learn hand positions for providing treatments. This class is beneficial for people who have chronic health, have pets with chronic health challenges, or want to help provide healing to others.
We will also discuss intuitive and shamanic healing methods, and how to incorporate pendulums, crystals and aromatherapy into your treatments. This class is taught in the traditional Usui method. Please bring a brown bag lunch.
(Classes are also available by appointment, just ask!)

Cost: $125 per person ($20 deposit due one week prior to class to reserve your space)
Level 1 Refresher Course
If you have been trained and attuned by another Reiki Master in the past and would like to take a refresher course, you are welcome to sit in on a class and receive the handout materials. If you wish to be re-attuned, the cost would be the same as the regular class.
Cost: $75 per person (no re-attunement)

Ball Field Dedication in honor of Jim Brennan

The City of Cleveland Heights in partnership with the "We are a Colony" Committee and the Cedar Lee Special Improvement District host a special dedication in honor of Jim Brennan.
Brennan was an enthusiastic supporter of the city's recreation programs for over twenty years. He sponsored softball teams and held many an after game celebration at The Colony. This dedication celebrates and honors the energy and commitment Jim brought to the Cleveland Heights community.
The dedication is being held on Saturday, July 11th because the second weekend in July is traditionally All Star Softball weekend at Forest Hill Park. This year and every year into the future the weekend will be called the Brennan All Star weekend. Brennan had previously been inducted into the Cleveland Heights Softball Hall of Fame as a team sponsor.
A special dedication ceremony will be held prior to the All Star games at 4:30pm to dedicate Ball Field #5 as the Jim Brennan Field. Funds raised by the "We are a Colony" Committee and supplemented by the City are being used to purchase and install the sign.
