HRRC Workshop: "Patching Plaster & Drywall"

Instructor: Malia Lewis, landlord & property manager
At this class, you’ll learn to make various kinds of repairs to plaster and drywall: using repair kits for small holes; patching larger areas with drywall; building up existing plaster with greycoat, joint compound, or other products; and repairing damaged walls with other techniques.
Open to residents of all communities. Reservations required; call (216) 381-6100, ext. 16 or email workshops@hrrc-ch.org. Be sure to provide a daytime phone number so we can get back to you! Modest materials fee charged (call for details or see www.hrrc-ch.org).

Gentle Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
7:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Gentle Yoga – This class provides all the benefits of yoga, but at a more relaxed pace. It is perfect for beginners, or experienced yogis who prefer a slower practice. We work on our strength, breathing, balance, and flexibility through gentle, fluid poses and stretching. Meditation exercises at the beginning and end of the class help to release stress and worry. We also discuss methods for bringing peace and relaxation into our daily lives. This class provides a peaceful and relaxing way to end the evening!

New Clients: $148.50 for Winter and Fall, $162 for Spring and Summer
