Active Yoga *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Active Yoga – This is a moderate-intensity class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience. In this class we gradually increase our heart rate, flow aerobically through various poses, and work on developing strength, flexibility, balance, and stamina. We focus on the yoga principles of alignment, connecting our breath with our movement, and practicing present-moment awareness. The level of challenge is designed around the students’ desires and abilities.
Class Fees
*** New clients: Get 10% off (that’s even better than one free class!)
*** Existing clients: Refer a friend and receive one free class!
New Clients: $148.50 for Winter and Fall, $162 for Spring and Summer
Returning Clients: $165 for Winter and Fall, $180 for Spring and Summer
All Clients: $288 for 2 classes per week (20% discount)
Single drop-in class: $15 (For those who want to try it out before signing up for a session. Please call for space availability before coming to a class)

Bolt & Spool benefit event for local crafters and nonprofit groups
11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Bolt & Spool is hosting a "Stash Party" where attendees can swap or donate unwanted fabric to benefit other crafters and local nonprofit organizations.
The party will feature a “swap table” offering free fabric to participants as well as a table of consignment fabric. If a participant has donated fabric, he or she may “shop” the Stash Party swap table for free. For those who have not donated fabric, they can “shop” the swap table in exchange for a $5 donation.

Join Heights youth and adults in the cast of Beachwood Community Theatre's production of Suessical the Musical! This family friendly adventure will take you to the land of Who, where you will meet Thing 1 and Thing 2. The Cat in the Hat narrates the show with music and adventure - oh the places you will go! Performances begin February 28 and continue through March 15: Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays at 4pm and Sundays at 2pm.
