Yoga for Lean Bodies *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

Yoga For Lean Bodies – Vinyasa (flowing) yoga is a powerful component of a healthy lifestyle that aids in creating a leaner body. We move very actively through poses in this class, keeping an elevated heart rate to help burn calories. The body awareness and present-moment awareness that we learn in yoga also help us to be more conscious of what we put into our bodies, and helps us to be gentle and accepting of ourselves along our lean body journey. This is an active level class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit.

We ensure amazing forever homes through education, collaboration, community outreach, intervention, and political reform.
Ring in the New Year with some extra money!! Winners of the 50/50 Raffle will be announced at 12:01AM on January 1st!!
Buy your tickets from now until December 31st. Winner will be contacted by phone and announced on Facebook.

Poetry, Paper, Pinwheels & Ornaments family activity

Heights Arts is hosting a DIY Pinwheel Poetry to Make and Take activity between 1-4 p.m. on Small Business Saturday, November 29 in its gallery next to the Cedar Lee Theatre. All are invited to drop in and create an artistic, working pinwheel or decorative holiday ornament using Heights Arts’ supply of re-purposed paper, glitter, calligraphy pens, markers, colored pencils, and favorite words, phrases or poems.
The Heights Arts 13th Annual Holiday Store runs through December 30, with expanded evening and Sunday hours. For information on artists participating in the Holiday Store, family workshops and seasonal hours, visit www.heightsarts.org or call 216-371-3457.
