Yoga For Lean Bodies – Vinyasa (flowing) yoga is a powerful component of a healthy lifestyle that aids in creating a leaner body. We move very actively through poses in this class, keeping an elevated heart rate to help burn calories. The body awareness and present-moment awareness that we learn in yoga also help us to be more conscious of what we put into our bodies, and helps us to be gentle and accepting of ourselves along our lean body journey. This is an active level class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit.

In this class guided by these three experts, you will learn how to identify and release your inner super powers so you can align your mind, body and environment to achieve your goals.
The workshop will have three distinct areas of focus:
• Judith Eugene will feature external body work connecting and aligning mind and spirit
• Jeannine Gury's presentation will concentrate on internal thought work unleashing and enabling one's life
• Christina Hidek will highlight alignment of one's external environment with internal self
