Yoga for Lean Bodies *FREE* Loving Hands Yoga

Yoga For Lean Bodies - Vinyasa (flowing) yoga is a powerful component of a healthy lifestyle that aids in creating a leaner body. We move very actively through poses in this class, keeping an elevated heart rate to help burn calories. The body awareness and present-moment awareness that we learn in yoga also help us to be more conscious of what we put into our bodies, and helps us to be gentle and accepting of ourselves along our lean body journey. This is an active level class, perfect for those with previous yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit.

For current and former cancer patients, their caregivers, and family. This hardcover book is perfect for photo albums, journals, and scrapbooking. The removable screw posts allow for addition, subtraction, or re-ordering of pages. Participants will be guided through each step of the binding process and will leave with the skills needed to make their own custom books at home. Registration opens on 3/22. ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - PATRONS MUST REGISTER THROUGH UNIVERSITY HOSPITALS AT 216-844-1211
